Refund Policy – Mother Nurtured

At Mother Nurtured, it’s a privilege to nourish you and your little one on this journey. As a mom-owned business, we take great care in preparing meals and blends that are made fresh, frozen for your convenience, and delivered with love.

If there’s ever an issue with your order, please let us know right away. Sending photos helps us see exactly what went wrong. If the error was on our side, or with the courier, we’ll gladly make it right—whether that means sending you a replacement or processing a refund.

To report a concern, please email us at hello@mothernurtured.co.za with your order number and details. We’ll respond as quickly as possible.

Important to Note

All our products are fresh-to-frozen. For food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns once items have left our kitchen.

If you are not completely happy with your delivery, we’ll carefully review your concern and may offer:

A replacement of the product in question,

Store credit towards a future order, or

A partial/full refund, depending on the circumstances.

Delivery & Address Details

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout to ensure smooth delivery.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or refusal of delivery, we cannot issue a refund, as frozen items must be discarded once they are out of our care.

If delivery is delayed because of an address error, or if no one is available to receive the order on the scheduled date (and items thaw or spoil), we unfortunately cannot offer a refund.
