Our Story
Mother Nurtured was born from experience — and from love.
In 2020, a private client asked our founder to prepare meals for a new mom friend juggling a newborn and three older children. The request felt deeply personal.
Our founder, having faced severe postpartum depression in 2019, knew exactly what kind of care and comfort a mother truly needs. Her second postpartum experience in 2023 brought new challenges — this time without help — and nearly triggered another episode. She made a promise to herself: her story would become the reason another mom didn’t have to go through the same struggle.
Today, Mother Nurtured exists to ensure no mother feels unseen, unsupported, or uncared for in this sacred transition.
